A rare albino Magpie has been seen at Dover castle. Bird watchers have flocked to historic fortress to spot of the all-white bird which has been flying around the Castle for the last two weeks.

The unusal bird had been seen being fed by its more normal coloured parents by amateur local photographer Brian Hopper.

Mr Hopper, from Dover, said: "I couldn't believe it when I first saw it, it stood out like a sore thumb but was very shy because it returned to the tree canopy and I didn't see it again.

"He looked perfectly healthy and chipper and was full of noise. I'm not sure if he couldn't see properly because he was a bit clumsy at landing." He told the Telegraph newspaper.
