An Ashford housing association is offering apartments at prices not seen since the 1970’s. Using a government funded initiative, brand new apartments in Stanhope, Ashford, are being sold from just £17,500 in a 25 per cent ‘part buy/part rent’ deal.

There are 24 one bedroom and three two bedroom apartments available, each with fitted kitchen, carpets throughout and allocated parking as standard.

Stanhope is undergoing a £150 million regeneration that will see the refurbishment of 323 homes and the replacement of seven blocks of flats with 442 new homes. Local improvements including better roads, new footpaths and the transformation of some open green spaces into new landscaped gardens are also underway.
